GREAT DAY!

So I went to another class today and I am sooooo happy I did it. It was great. Met a few new friend. I really think I am going to enjoy going to the class every week. I am the youngest in the class, but I am alright with that. It a very low basic Aerobics class. With saturday class, I was able to do most of them do to some old injuries (shoulder and knee), but with class, I was able to almost all of them except for one. I also learned last night that the class from Saturday is one of the harder classes to take. But it just shows me that I can do it.

Now that the Holidays are upon us. I pray that I can continue to do this. It's going to be hard. But I have great determation to keep it going. And I have a great partner (My cousin) to help me to! Thank you to everyone who has support me during the life style change. It's been great.

New Measurements

So what got me going to the gym was this 21 day fit study. Well, the 21 days was up on Thursday. So we redid my meaurements. I am happy with the result already. A total of 7 inches lost:-) It's a start. I have a long ways to go but I got a great start to it.

In honor of my 7 inches lost, I decided to try a class for the first time today. I talked my cousin in taking it too. I think she enjoyed it more then I did. I was able to do everything, but I gave it my all. And just modified things to help me. I am looking forward to do a different class on Wednesday.

I just hope with the holidays coming up that I don't lose sight of what I've working towards. It's been starting to get crazy at work. I just pray that I will keep on track with this and By January 1st I'll be under 200.

Day 7

I am proud of myself. I got up at quater till 7 and got ready to go out work this morning before work. I was angery with myself from yesterday, cause I didn't get out out bed early enough to go and it messed my whole day up ( I think). So I wasn't about to do it again this morning.

I got my full workout in and now I have to go get ready for work. BUSY BUSY day! But I am ok with that. After work, scrapbooking at church:-)

Getting Back to My Blog

I keep forgetting that I have this blog, so I am restarting it. I know most people don't look at it. But it's going to become a journal for me while I am on this journel.

Last thursday I officially joined a gym. It's an all women's gym. And I am enjoying it more and more every time I go. The ladies are very sweet that work there. I feel like I can talk to them whenever I am struggling with any machine or anything they are there to help.

It looks like I will be going tuesday through saturday. My plan is to do Cordio on Tuesday's and Saturday. And then do the circuit on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Once I get my strength up I am planning on joining a two of the class that they offer ( I am also waiting till my cousin joins once she is done with jury duty).
Today was Day 6 in my workout. It felt really good today. I increased two of the weights on the machine cause it just felt too easy. Most of the machine I am doing weight between 30 to 40 pounds which is already for me right now. One machine I am only at a 20 due to my shoulder injury for two summers ago. But it's getting better, I just have to patient and not give up.

Well, I hope to be able to update this every day with how things are going with working out.
